Why Sanskar Matters
Financial support opens the door. Values determine what she does once she walks through it.
Shri Nandkishore Sharda, Kumari Basanti Manihar, and Kumari Madhubala Advani held a firm conviction: education alone is incomplete without sanskar — the values that shape character. While modern education sharpens the intellect, it often leaves untouched the inner forces of ego, anger, greed, and jealousy that quietly determine how a life unfolds.
They taught that every person is blessed by God with Buddhi (intellect) and Vivek (discretion). When these two are cultivated together — through education, values, and spirituality — qualities like humility, compassion, sincerity, and generosity grow naturally.
Motivational sessions every Sunday empower girls to develop environmental awareness, a spirit of service, and reverence for nature. This blend of education and Sanskar shapes them into balanced, confident, and responsible individuals.
Education alone is incomplete without Sanskar — the values that shape character.
A Girl's Transformation Journey
What changes when a girl walks into Manidweep every Sunday — and what she carries out.
Before
Uncertainty & Doubt
Financial pressure. Indifference to education. Low self-worth. No vision of the future. Many girls arrive feeling invisible — unseen by family and society alike.
With the Trust
Guided & Nurtured
Weekly Sanskar sessions. Financial scholarships. Mentorship from qualified professionals. Values like compassion, faith, and discipline — built one Sunday at a time, for months and years.
After
Confident & Self-Reliant
A career. A voice. A family enriched by her values. Girls who once felt unseen now stand as engineers, CAs, principals, and lecturers — and quietly pay it forward.
About the Classes
Every Sunday, we gather to nurture young minds, enrich core values, and empower resilient futures.
Classes are held every Sunday, July–December, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, at Manidweep, A-183 Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur, and are open to students from all walks of life — no discrimination of caste, community, or religion.
Beyond the regular Sunday sessions, Trust volunteers periodically visit schools to conduct motivational talks for younger girls. Renowned speakers and dignitaries are also invited, offering students rare exposure to accomplished minds beyond their immediate world.
These sessions nurture personality, strengthen character, and build awareness of rights and responsibilities — laying the foundation for holistic development that no textbook can alone provide.
Many organisations provide financial scholarships. Very few actively monitor progress or provide personal guidance. The Trust fills this crucial gap.
Under Madhubalaji's leadership, a dedicated team of qualified professionals provides continuous academic support, mentoring, counselling, and life-skills training — turning an isolated scholarship into a sustained relationship.
Most girls initially lack awareness about time management, exam techniques, or the deeper purpose of education. Through this sustained mentorship, they receive comprehensive guidance that transforms their academic journey and expands their aspirations in ways they could not have imagined alone.
A scholarship is not charity — it is her rightful due. This single message ensures she accepts support with dignity, confidence, and pride.
Three Sacred Resolutions
Simple commitments — practiced daily — that quietly reshape a life.
Daily Devotion
Offer daily prayer to your chosen deity with selfless devotion for at least 10 minutes. Cultivating inner strength, gratitude, and spiritual grounding.
Focused Learning
Pursue education with discipline, clarity, and determination. Building confidence and a strong foundation for the future.
Giving Back
As you become self-reliant, support another girl through this Gyan Yagna. Creating a cycle of purpose, fulfillment, and shared growth.
Holistic Development in Action
What these classes build, beyond marks and degrees.
Academic & Professional Growth
Mentorship at the Trust fosters self-confidence, positive thinking, and a genuine love for learning. Girls begin studying for knowledge instead of marks — and academic performance follows naturally.
With education, values, and spirituality as their foundation, many go on to pursue Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, MBA, CA, MCA, and other professional degrees — becoming financially independent and socially contributing citizens.
The Trust also supports self-employment: skills in tailoring, computer literacy, and vocational training give girls pathways to livelihood that do not depend on a single employer or a single exam.
Lifestyle & Society Transformation
Opposing dowry & child marriage Girls stand boldly against social evils, advocating equality and justice within their own families.
Yoga, Pranayama & meditation Holistic physical and mental health as a daily practice, not an occasional habit.
Shifting family attitudes Previously indifferent parents now actively support their daughters' education.
Environmental reverence Water, air, and sunlight — once taken for granted — are now consciously valued and conserved.
Health & hygiene awareness Improved childcare practices and healthier lifestyles ripple across generations.
Dignity of labour Girls earn livelihoods with pride, free from dependence or shame.
Intergenerational learning Mothers attend sessions alongside daughters, transforming family culture from within.
Homes transformed Families once marked by tension now radiate joy, harmony, and mutual respect.
What These Classes Ultimately Build
Across all these changes — academic, professional, and social — three core qualities emerge in every girl who stays the course.
Confidence & Clarity
Self-doubt replaced by a clear sense of identity, direction, and inner strength.
Compassion & Gratitude
Warmth and tolerance that transform not just individuals but entire households.
Rights & Responsibilities
Aware citizens who know their duties as clearly as they know their rights.
Don't take our word for it — hear it from the girls themselves.
