Personality Development Classes

Importance of Sanskar Along with Educational Support

Shri Nandkishore Sharda, Kumari Basanti Manihar, and Kumari Madhubala Advani believed that education alone is incomplete without sanskar — the values that shape character. While modern education strengthens intellect, it often lacks the moral grounding needed to overcome ego, anger, greed, and jealousy.

According to them, every human being is blessed by God with Buddhi (intellect) and Vivek (discretion). When these are refined through the combined influence of education, values, and spirituality, individuals develop qualities like humility, compassion, sincerity, generosity, and a positive outlook on life.

To nurture this holistic growth, Madhubalaji conducts motivational and value-based sessions every Sunday for girls, helping them cultivate environmental awareness, service-mindedness, and reverence for nature. This blend of education and sanskar shapes them into balanced, confident, and responsible individuals.

About These Classes

Personality Development Classes are conducted every Sunday (July–December, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) for students from all walks of life. These sessions strengthen character, nurture values, and build awareness of rights and duties—forming the foundation for holistic growth.

While many organizations offer financial scholarships, very few actively monitor progress or provide personal guidance. The Trust fills this crucial gap. Under the leadership of Madhubalaji, a dedicated team of qualified professionals offers continuous academic support, mentoring, counselling, and life-skills training. Their message to the girls is empowering: a scholarship is not charity—it is their rightful due. This preserves dignity and builds confidence.

Most girls initially lack awareness about time management, exam techniques, or the larger purpose of education. Through the Trust’s sustained mentorship, they receive comprehensive support that transforms their academic journey and expands their aspirations. These efforts may appear small, but their impact is deeply transformative.

The Sanskar and Personality Development Sessions help students understand the true purpose of learning. They begin studying for knowledge instead of marks, and their academic performance naturally improves. Alongside education, the girls absorb the core values of Indian culture—humility, cooperation, mutual respect, environmental awareness, and reverence for nature—presented in a simple and relatable manner.

To nurture core values, girls are inspired to embrace 3 sacred resolutions—simple yet transformative steps toward inner and outer growth:
🙏 Faith: Offer daily prayers with selfless devotion and gratitude for atleast 10 mins.
🎯 Focus: Pursue academic goals with dedication and discipline.
❤️ Fulfillment: Give back by supporting other sisters, fostering compassion and belonging.

Together, these initiatives highlight why Sanskar is equally essential as academic support. It shapes not just educated individuals, but confident, compassionate, and responsible human beings.
